One of Celebrity’s Millennium class vessels, the Infinity offers classic elegance with contemporary style. It accommodates up to 1,950 passengers and was launched in 2001. Celebrity is well-known for its excellent cuisine and the restaurants on the Infinity are no exception. Guests will enjoy the fine dining experience of the Trellis restaurant, with both an early and late seating option, as well as the more casual Oceanview café, which has waffle and pancake stations in the morning, fresh daily grill specials and a wonderful buffet. Or passengers can just relax with pastries and espresso at the Cova Café di Milano. The Cabins on the ship range in size from just under 200 to almost 1,400 square feet, with over 80 percent either outside or sporting a balcony.
